FAMILY BACKGROUND

I am AshorbaGaiwkwad and my father is a farmer. We have less than 2 acres of land on which whatever farming we did was the source of our income. This money was not enough for the upkeep of my family.

JOURNEY TO SUCCESS

Because of poor financial conditions, I had to drop out of the education system on completion of 12th. I used to help my father on the farm but the efforts were not giving me results. On knowing about the PMKVY program I decided to enrol for the training of Solar Panel technician. I learnt in-depth about the equipment and Solar energy uses. On completion of the training Mosaic team helped me to get a job at Advik Pvt. Ltd.

This training changed not only my life but my family’s life too. My father is happy and proud of me. I want to say that PMKVY training is an excellent platform for the youth to follow their dreams and make them come true. With the help of this training, I am certified personnel now and I am looking forward to a bright future.
