FAMILY BACKGROUND

Hi, I am Vishal Sharma from Molnom, Motbung, Senapati, Manipur.My family consists of 5 members, my mother, father and two brothers. My fatherLakhmi Prasad Sharma is a missionary and mother Tulasi Sharma is housewife. I got one elder brother who doing his Bachelor of Divinity and my younger brother is studying in class six.

JOURNEY TO SUCCESS

After completing mygraduation, I came to know about skill training course at Maram, Senapati through an advertisement in the local newspaper and I decided to join the course as it was related to computer.During the training I learnt lots of skills which helped me to build up my confidence and improved my personal skills. Computer skills and soft skills I learnt helped me in my current job.

I got job placement on completion of my course at Rajagiri hospital, Kerala as Junior Executive Operator. But I quit my job and came back home due to lock down in 2020. Currently, I am working as a IT& MIS trainer with SRK People Consultants in Dimapur, Nagaland.

Now, I am happy as I help my brothers to continue their studies with my earnings. My parents are happy as I support them financially.

Thoughts on PMKVY

PMKVY is a good program where unemployed youth get free training and learn a skill with placement support which helped us to build our career.
